So here's a quick update on what we've been up to, mostly in words with a few pictures here and there. We were able to take a trip to Denver recently and timed it so that Doug's parents could be there at the same time. It was SO fun for Dillon to have both of her grandparents around to spoil her rotten! We had a blast!
The main thing occupying our time and energy is getting ready for baby Fischer to be here! I'm now 37 weeks (and counting) and am planning on being induced a week early on March 7. I'm feeling really good so far, just sick of the almost constant acid reflux! I have yet to pack my hospital bag (standard) but plan on setting up his crib with Doug tomorrow! My mom was able to come out a little early for my baby shower to help paint the nursery (ok, she did it ALL). She painted Dillon's room as well and is SO talented! I don't have the final pictures yet but at the end you'll see the masterpiece in progress. Two of my sisters were able to come out for my shower and we had SO much fun together! We missed Min and Al so much and talked about them often. My shower was awesome! Two of my close friends, Amie and Heidi, threw the shower for me and did a fantastic job! It was so fun to be spoiled by all my friends here in Omaha...I am so lucky! Fischer totally scored by the way!
It's crazy to think that he will be here in two weeks! Boy how our lives are about to change forever! More than anything right now, I am feeling very blessed.

I am so excited for you to welcome baby boy. The last few weeks of pregnancy suck, but the anticipation is also so fun. I also can't believe that Taylor and Dillon are almost 4! Good luck in the next 2 weeks. We can't wait to hear the good news.

Okay, so I've heard from your sisters about the birds you made for your nursery...I gotta see 'em! I bet they turned out just darling. Congrats on Baby Fischer. Enjoy the newborn cuddling time.
